Having worked with Sean and his team at ICR previously when we were at PSM Golf Pavilion, we knew we were in safe hands when it came to setting up the EPOS systems and card payments for Kellas. The transition to the new service ran very smoothly and any questions were answered very quickly and efficiently. Since moving providers, we have been very satisfied with the service offered by both ICR and Smarter Payments. Sean and Amy at ICR are super helpful and they even assisted us when we needed the use of a 4G router for the Royal Show and being able to speak to Emma as a direct contact at Smarter Payments is very good also.
